Terrazza: Ogden Utah Apartments Project

THINK Architecture is proud to introduce premier Ogden, Utah apartments and multifamily mixed-use housing near Weber State and prime freeway access. THINK Architecture partnered with Urban Land Holdings to develop this site. Early collaboration and planning were difficult due to the steep terrain and challenging easements, and a strong, creative team was required despite its prime location and the need for more South Ogden, UT apartments. 

After combing through hundreds of site studies to determine options and curating an extensive viable list, our client decided on the best choice for their goals and needs. Our Architectural Design team then carried the plan forward through construction documents  to produce an aesthetically pleasing project that blends harmoniously with the natural mountainous landscape through a mix of construction types, materials and design elements.

Terrazza will be built as two main structures. Our apartment architects have designed each phase to have 200 dwelling units above two- and three-story parking podiums. Our design team has developed a contemporary look with a natural color scheme that blends well against the mountainous backdrop. The final stage will be landscaping, which will tap into waterwise initiatives for a natural, arresting appeal.
