Principal Architect/CEO
Corey Solum is president of Think Architecture and a 25-year veteran of architecture focused primarily on multi-family housing and mixed-use projects. Corey is actively involved in the architectural industry serving as Chairperson for the Utah Architects Licensing Board, NCARB and WCARB task forces, and past president of AIA Utah. Additionally, he’s been involved with Utah Center for Architecture and the newly formed ACE Utah.

Chris Jensen, AIA
Principal Architect/COO
Chris Jensen is a 34-year veteran of architecture specializing in hospitality, multi-family housing and commercial design. For the past five years, Chris has served on the Uniform Building Code Commission and is currently the Chairman. In this role he actively seeks public recommendations regarding proposed changes to Utah’s building codes. These recommendations are then presented to the Legislature for adoption.

Principal Architect
As a principal, Tyler Kirk brings more than 20 years of architectural experience to the firm. Tyler specializes in the design of multi-family, single-family, commercial office buildings, community planning and resort/hospitality projects. Many of Tyler’s projects are high density where the preservation of available resources is critical to find an appropriate balance between the natural and man-made environments. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and has extensive experience with sustainable project design, incorporating some form of sustainable certification.

Johnny Shirley has more than 20 years of specialized alpine resort experience. His integrated approach to sustainable design that embraces regional context has resulted in award-winning premier architecture. Principal Landscape Architect
Troy Sanders is an award-winning landscape architect and principal of Think Architecture with more than 28 years of land planning and design experience. For the last 16 years, Troy has led the landscape architectural studio where he develops design concepts, collaborates with owners and project architects, and reviews projects through completion.

Principal Architect
Jered Plouzek has more than 30 years of municipal and recreational building experience. Prior to joining Think Architecture in 2017, Jered owned his own architectural firm for more than 10 years. His expertise includes many community recreational facilities, fitness centers and commercial office buildings throughout the western United States.

Stephen Peaden, ASLA
Principal Landscape Architect
Stephen is an experienced and well-rounded landscape architect, having worked for civil engineering, architecture, and landscape architecture firms. He has experience providing site planning, conceptual design, planting design, irrigation design, construction document drafting, and design standard documents. Additionally, Steven is an expert in 3D modeling and other graphic rendering allowing customers to visualize their projects and help make decisions.

NH Rather is an Associate Principal with over 15 years of architectural design experience in commercial, healthcare, and residential projects. Prior to joining Think Architecture in 2022, NH owned his own architectural firm for more than 10 years. NH is committed to creating vibrant architectural spaces. Associate Architect
Mark Stonehocker has more than 30 years of experience as an associate architect on large scale projects. His expertise has been primarily focused on hospitality and multi-family housing including mixed-use and affordable projects in the Park City area. Mark has extensive technical experience in design, specifications and code analysis.

Sam Kingore, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Associate Architect
Originally from California, Sam has over two decades of experience in the field. He has worked on a variety of projects with emphases on sustainability and affordable housing. Throughout his work, Sam has contributed to around half a dozen projects that have been granted LEED Certification status and numerous projects that have won awards. Since recently joining the Think Architecture team, Sam has been working on residential projects and working to incorporate his expertise regarding sustainable design into more projects.
February 2024 Sam has expanded his capabilities to help deliver healthier buildings by becoming a WELL AP. This certification process is similar to LEED but adds a specific focus on health and wellness.

Curtis Tanner is a registered landscape architect with more than 30 years of experience. Prior to joining Think Architecture in 2013, Curtis owned and operated his own design firm for 25 years. Jason Scott has more than 21 years of construction and project management experience. As project manager over Think’s residential design studio, Jason oversees and coordinates the design and construction document phases for multiple custom home projects. Cody’s a skilled modeler and draftsman with broad experience spanning resort, hospitality, office, multi-family, and custom residential projects. His passion and expertise are centered on high-end custom residential design and strives to make each client happy with their finished product. Kailash Noone
Architectural Associate
With ten plus years of experience, Kailash has worked on a wide range of projects from mixed-use and high-end residential buildings to metro projects. He holds a bachelor’s in architecture from JNAFAU and a master’s in construction project management from SHU London. Kailash has joined the Think team to collaborate on townhomes, studios, module homes and business parks and excels in digital model renderings on Revit and Lumion programs.

Ashley is an Architectural Studies graduate from the University of Utah and a skilled Building Information Modeling (BIM) Operator at Think Architecture. Interior Designer
Andrea is a talented interior designer passionate about blending classic and modern design throughout her work.
