Every project we take on starts with a real problem. A city needs a fire station that functions for the next fifty years. A developer needs a mixed-use building that works for residents and the neighborhood around it. A community needs a park that invites people to actually use it. Our job is to listen carefully, then design something that holds up — functionally, structurally, and over time.
