Velvaere Residences

Safety, Quality, and Craftsmanship

All residences at Velvaere in Park City are WELL-certified structures. While incorporating many LEED systems, WELL buildings exceed LEED standards and focus on health and wellness. Think Architecture went above and beyond in pursuing WELL residential certification as part of a pilot program. With extensive air and water quality purification and monitoring systems, homeowners are ensured that WELL standards are always met. Our Park City architects designed each home with wellness in mind, featuring ample natural light, ventilation, and materials that are not only sustainable but also health-conscious.

One of the most common challenges in mountain communities is maintaining the sense of the mountain. Throughout the design of Velvaere in Park City, we recognized the importance of green space. To minimize roof coverage and increase green space, each roof was designed with strategic breaks of flat green roofs that lessen the harsh built environment and strengthen the connection to the outdoors.
