Incorporating Natural Elements into Design
The site layout responds to the natural terrain while accommodating phased construction. Project coordination included structural engineering by LEI Engineering, civil engineering by Rimrock Engineering & Development, and landscape design by Civisworks. Garbett Construction serves as the general contractor. With construction initiated in September 2024 and an anticipated completion in October 2027, the project involves collaboration across multiple disciplines to address the scale, duration, and evolving needs of the client across several years of construction. Principal-in-Charge Tyler Kirk led the design team, with Alex Vazquez supporting project management.
