Sandy sits at a crossroads. Close enough to Salt Lake City to draw residents who want proximity to urban employment and entertainment, yet distinct enough to offer its own sense of place, the city has been steadily building the infrastructure for a denser, more connected future. Sandy 110 Apartments was designed to meet that moment.

A New Standard for Multifamily Living in Sandy
The seven-story, 265-unit building occupies 2.6 acres in Sandy and is designed for the way people live today. Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations give residents genuine flexibility. Shared amenities extend that flexibility into daily life: a coworking lounge for remote work, rooftop pickleball courts, a pool, community garden, fitness center, and dog park are distributed across the building to support different rhythms and routines. A seven-story parking garage allows residents to park on the same level as their apartment.
Think Architecture provided architecture and landscape architecture services, working with the ownership group through a design-bid-build delivery process. The landscape design extends the project to the street level, reinforcing the building’s connection to the surrounding neighborhood. With construction running from 2025 through 2028, Sandy 110 reflects Think’s ongoing work in mixed-use multifamily, where the goal is to build housing that feels like home.
