Rising in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, Lotus Republic Phase II builds on the success of its predecessor to create a connected, high-amenity residential experience. Developed by The Lotus Company, the seven-story, mixed-use building introduces 132 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, many of which were designed as compact micro-units with integrated furnishings that maximize livability within a smaller footprint. Architecture and Master Planning that Supports Connected Urban Living in SLC

This mixed-use architectural design reinforces community through a thoughtful blend of private comfort and shared activity.
