Unique and High-End Apartment Architecture
Our inspired design concept centered on mid-century modern and industrial elements creates a striking and spacious complex for downtown apartment living. We used different materials in the building process, including cement, corrugated metal, and glass. We also incorporated sustainable and eco-friendly design principles, including large windows for natural light, energy-efficient lighting and appliances, and more. The result is an aesthetically pleasing building in a prime downtown location.
Inspired Design in Apartment Building
Our client is a locally-based real estate and food and beverage company, and it was important for both parties to create collaborative efforts with local artists and professionals for design materials and pieces in the finished building. The resulting interior design elements are distinctive and stunning. We gave attention to detail in the high-end finishes in each apartment as well as the design of the Republic Taphouse, rooftop resort-style pool and hot tub, game room, and fitness center.
