Building on a Strong Foundation
Think Architecture’s residential design approach emphasized the connection between homes, streets, and shared open spaces. The layout balances privacy with neighborhood interaction, using thoughtful site planning to maximize natural light and create an engaging pedestrian experience. Exterior materials and rooflines take cues from the first phase but evolve with fresh color palettes, subtle variations in massing, and refined details that give each cluster a distinct sense of place within the overall plan.
