GP Motors was designed to support a specialized automotive business focused on refurbished vehicles and an appointment-based sales model. Rather than operating as a traditional dealership, the client envisioned a facility that would elevate how vehicles are presented and discussed, while allowing flexibility for future growth. The two-story building includes second-floor office space intended for subleasing, with the ability to accommodate the client’s own expansion over time.

Architectural Creativity and Flexible Planning
The project required a careful balance between customer-facing spaces, sales offices and back house operational needs. Vehicles are driven directly into the building and displayed within a controlled showroom environment, allowing clients to engage with each car in a focused, personalized setting. A central turntable anchors the showroom, supporting walk-around viewing and reinforcing a more personal, service-oriented experience. Supporting spaces for sales offices, maintenance, refurbishment, and cleaning are organized to function efficiently without detracting from the public areas.
The completed 15,394-square-foot facility enables GP Motors to operate in a way that distinguishes it from conventional dealerships. The building supports a refined customer experience while remaining adaptable to changing business needs. Through a combination of architectural creativity and flexible planning, the project delivers a durable, purpose-built environment aligned with both current operations and long-term goals.
