Located on an 8.52-acre site in Herriman, Utah, Haven Dell is a 126-unit multifamily townhome community designed for DAI Utah. The site layout balances density and neighborhood feel, responding to its context near Still Harmony Way and adjacent single-family developments. Think Architecture provided architectural and planning services for the townhomes and clubhouse, with in-house landscape architecture supporting a cohesive site design.
The design team worked closely with DAI Utah and consultants including McNeil Engineering and Michael Baker to deliver a design-bid-build project that reflects efficient construction and livable scale. Units range from two to four bedrooms, with layouts emphasizing private entries, attached garages, and shared open space. The community design supports long-term rental housing needs in a growing suburban corridor.
