Logan City, located at the top of Utah in the scenic Cache Valley, is a thriving community known for small town vibes, agricultural roots, innovative business, a research university, and endless outdoor recreation. The Logan City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) partnered with Think to explore feasibility and ultimately, design a re-imagined downtown district core.

Design and Construction
The Center Block plaza includes an outdoor stage, ice rink/splash pad, administration building, and a variety of outdoor amenities. The project also includes selective demolition and improvements to the surrounding existing buildings. Think Architecture worked closely with the RDA, City Council, and Historic Preservation Committee to arrive at a solution that enhances the area and maximizes city dollars.
