Energy Efficient Standard Design
The site planning responded to a challenging desert landscape, requiring thoughtful coordination with civil and structural consultants to maximize density while preserving natural open space. Townhome layouts were designed to support modern living, with each unit featuring attached garages and integrated smart home infrastructure. The development includes a full amenity package such as a clubhouse, pool, pickleball courts, trails, and landscaped areas.
