Energy Efficient Standard Design
The narrow site and steep topography required careful coordination to accommodate grading, access, and utility constraints while maximizing unit count and garage access. The project incorporates efficient footprints, vertical stacking, and passive design strategies to support performance goals. Each three-story unit ranges from approximately 900 to 1,140 square feet and includes a private garage with EV charging infrastructure. The development reflects Garbett Homes’ sustainability objectives and contributes to the city’s increasing demand for energy-efficient, low-maintenance urban housing.
