Axis Townhomes

Axis is a 24-unit multi-family townhome development in Millcreek, Utah, located on the 1.79-acre site of the former Old Meeting House. The project required thoughtful integration of new construction with a historically significant location, which was addressed by incorporating on-site historical markers.

The townhomes are arranged in a compact three-story configuration with two distinct unit types. Think Architecture provided architectural and planning services, coordinating with design-build teams for mechanical and electrical systems. Site constraints, including density, vehicular access, and site grading, shaped the final layout. Energy efficiency standards were a driving factor in collaboration with Garbett Homes, known for their Zero Energy Ready Homes. Landscape and civil engineering were provided by Proterra Group, with structural engineering by LEI Engineering.
