I worked for THINK Architecture for over 14 years, and am thankful for the opportunity that I had to work for them. I decided to relocate out of state to be closer to my wife's family. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this company and all the fun and amazing people that I worked with over the years. The company tries hard to create a great place to work. The office policies are professional and flexible at the same time. They worked with me on many levels to provide me with experiences to grow. They paid for me to attend Revit training classes outside of the office. They provide opportunities for the employees to ask questions unanimously and then answer those questions in office meetings and staff training. They provide office training meetings on a monthly basis. I have never had an issue talking with any of the principals about anything. I find that they listen to their employees and I have enjoyed the open dialogs that I have had with the principals while working with them. Whenever I have had a question regarding architecture or anything else they have always taken the time to discuss it with me and teach me if needed.
The benefits package that they offer is hard to beat, as they pay for just about everything and it is not taken out of your salary. I also had the experience to develop my career at THINK Architecture by working on some really wonderful projects and with some great clients.
